All services provided at MCA Wellness Clinic are regulated health professions and all practitioners are licensed by their respective regulating body. As such, many extended health plans cover our services. In addition, healthcare costs which are not covered by OHIP or extended health plans may be able to be used on your income taxes as a tax deduction. Check with your particular health plans and accountant for details.
We align our fee schedules to keep with the industry standards and are adjusted only when needed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours (twenty-four hours) notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours (twenty-four hours) notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a full price fee for the scheduled service.
Please note that at this office we are not currently working with HCAI (Health Claims for Auto Insurance) so cannot prepare treatment plans for motor vehicle accidents or worker compensation cases (WSIB).
